Instructions for use: Heat for 3 min on high in a microwave; add 30-sec increments to reach desired warmth. Heat only from room temperature.

Inside, we fill carefully designed compartments with organic flaxseed and generous amounts of our dried lavender buds. The rice has natural moisture content creates therapeutic moist heat when warmed, penetrating deeper than dry heat to relax tight muscles and ease discomfort.
