Kissable Lucious Lips!
Lip care is not just about using any random lip balm. It involves a comprehensive routine to ensure your lips stay soft, hydrated, and free of any cracks or peeling. Neglecting your lips can lead to unpleasant dryness and discomfort, so it’s important to take proper care of them.
Firstly, exfoliating your lips regularly is crucial. This process helps to remove dead skin cells, making your lips smooth and ready to absorb moisturizing products deep into the skin. You can use a gentle lip scrub or even a homemade mix of sugar and honey. Doing this once or twice a week is typically sufficient.
Next, hydration is key. Applying a high-quality lip balm multiple times a day will keep your lips nourished and protected. Look for ingredients like Shea butter, Vitamin E, and Jojoba oil, which are known for their hydrating properties. It’s wise to choose a lip balm with SPF to protect your lips from UV damage, especially when you spend time outdoors.
A crucial aspect of lip care often overlooked is drinking plenty of water. Hydration from the inside out can greatly affect the condition of your lips. When you’re dehydrated, your lips are one of the first places to show it. So, make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Additionally, avoid licking your lips. While it might provide temporary relief from dryness, saliva evaporates quickly, leaving your lips even drier than before. Instead, reach for your lip balm whenever you feel the need to moisten your lips.
Another effective tip is to avoid harsh weather conditions. Extreme cold or heat can cause your lips to chap. In winter, wear a scarf to cover your lips and in summer, don’t forget to reapply that SPF lip balm frequently. Keeping a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals can also affect your lip health positively.
Lastly, consider incorporating a night routine for your lips. Apply a thicker layer of a hydrating lip mask before bed. This allows your lips to repair and rejuvenate overnight. Waking up to soft, supple lips can make a significant difference to your mornings.
In conclusion, maintaining a good lip care routine involves exfoliation, hydration, and protecting your lips from harsh conditions. By following these tips and using the right products, you can ensure your lips remain healthy and beautiful.

As a lavender fanatic, I have tried many lavender and lavender-scented products before, and I am often disappointed with the off-putting, synthetic smell of what pretends to be real lavender. This cream is different. It is very fragrant, which I personally love, but not in an overwhelming way. When I open the jar, the fragrance immediately relaxes me. This lavender cream is pure aromatherapy!
I genuinely feel pampered using this lavender cream. Not only does it smell divine, but this cream is also very rich. A little goes a long way. I often use this cream for my feet, especially heels, and other bony areas with rough skin, like elbows and knees. I have even noticed that this cream helps my occasional psoriasis in these areas.
I love every about this soap. The silky feel, the exfoliating lavender, and the amazing aroma changes your ordinary shower to a relaxing lovely spa-like experience! I will buy this orange-spiced lavender goat milk soap over and over again!! Please keep in stock!! Thank you!!
I loved my Star Spangled Xander Bunny so much that I just had to have a Star Spangled Scout.
Scout is so soft and cuddly and smells wonderful.
I lost my husband on November 15th and I feel like he would have wanted me to have Scout. I have Scout and Xander sitting on my husband's dresser with my Indiana Donor Network Forget Me Not bear, my memory bear my colleague lovingly made out of Dennis' flannel shirt, the Snoopy plushie that I bought and put Dennis' toddler Snoopy baseball Tshirt on, and the Corgi dog plushie I'd bought for his funeral services.
Fifty years ago I was in foster care for a few months at age three. I would have loved to have had a Xander or Scout to snuggle with. I love knowing that for every Xander or Scout I've purchased, a child in foster care will receive a Xander.
I love my Scout so much that I bought four more as Christmas gifts--one for each of my grandchildren ages 7, 7, 10, and 13.
I wish I could fall asleep holding Scout but I'm afraid that my beloved dogs who snuggle with me wil chew on him.
