Can the pouch be removed? Yes. It sits in a hidden velcro pocket and lifts out for washing. Replacement lavender pouches are available for $11.50.
Is Xander safe for kids? Yes — child-safe stuffing and stitching, tested against and passed ASTM safety requirements. As with any plush, inspect frequently.

I bought 2 bunny’s, one purple and one pink for my grandchildren for Christmas. They LOVE THEM. They both sleep with them and the little heart on the foot that glows in the dark is special. I was sort of hoping they would! Now I need one for me!

I’ve had many stuffed cuties in my time, but this is the softest I’ve ever touched. Originally bought it for my niece but it’s sitting on my bed and I’m not parting with it! Guess I’ll have to order another one…Just adorable- you won’t be disappointed!

These animals are sooooo soft and cuddly. My grandkids love them (especially the lavender smell and the heart that lights up). I kept the dog for me (I'm 71). He's so cute. I would definitely recommend these fun stuffies (especially because of the Foster Child give).

My son Xander joined Heaven at 17 1/2 months after a short battle of leukemia 7 years ago today. I found out about these Xander bunnies and immediately wanted one. I was not disappointed. The bunny is so so soft and smells like fresh lavender. It is very well made and is so cute! I warmed it up right before going to sleep and it really helped me relax with the warmth and the lavender scent and put me right to sleep.

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective, damaged product or are missing something, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. Simply email us at orders@lavender-life.com and we will help with the process.

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery.
If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks, no problem. In order to return your item, email us and let us know at orders@lavender-life.com. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
