• $6.95 flat rate on any order, anywhere in the U.S.
• Orders ship from our farm within 2 business days.
• You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• International orders: the buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days, email Hello@Lavender-Life.com and we will make it right.

Returns

Most products in new or like-new condition can be returned up to 30 days after delivery for a full refund of your items, less the original shipping charge. Email orders@lavender-life.com to start a return. Return labels are available on request, and the label cost is deducted from your refund.

Damaged or defective items

If we made a mistake, we will take care of it. Email orders@lavender-life.com as soon as possible and we will replace it. Shipping is on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color. Email orders@lavender-life.com to arrange one.
