The products I sent my daughter-in-law were grand. She loves them all. Going to send my sister some choices for her birthday and then get what I want for myself. I was born in Michigan, I know it's a great State and the soil is good. My only unhappiness was that in checking out, the software program so tenaciously careful about payment information slipped up and allowed an incorrect billing address. The proprietors are unable to correct this because the program runs without oversight. Very upsetting.

You kind of have to figure it out yourself but once you get the hang of how it works it is really a cool little device. Actually better then some of the larger ones. More portable.

My mister fell apart on the first day. I wonder if it was cracked.

I love everything lavender and all the products I’ve purchased from LF has been topnotch quality! Ive been sharing all my new favorite things with friends and family. Lavender Herb… great tasting and the syrups are too! The candles smell wonderful, the chocolates are tasty, and the shower spray, eucalyptus and lavender, is my favorite.

I am elated to have found such high quality lavender products! (And in store I purchased Xander Bunny + Friends!) Love your mission and your space and people!

*Update*: Incredible customer service. Found out these are all under warranty! Company sent out a replacement and I ordered two more! I get SO many compliments on this product everywhere I go. It's like a mini spa experience anywhere. Pretty purple glowing light and just the right size for a backpack, purse, car, or office.
I purchased one for myself. Within a week it was cracking but still usable. Purchased second for a gift and leaked immediately. So could not be used portable. After running out of liquid it never opened again. Love this product so hoping these are flukes and just order two more as gifts. Would like a replacement for my broken one.

Nice, but don't over-turn the top part. Small bits cracked & broke off with my 1st use from bottom of lid piece. Might still be ok to use, we'll see. Otherwise, it's nice. It made my room smell good. Lavender oil was really nice.

Super the best

I got the Xander bunny for a newborn. I would maybe have gone to 5 stars except the lavender scent was just too strong for a baby. I like strong scents, but it was just too much for even me. The bunny was soft and looks cuddly. The new parents liked it but agreed it was strong smelling.

Lovely scent all day :)

This could be a wonderful product of it were made with quality materials. It lasted about 10 uses then cracked just while sitting on my nightstand, which is where it stays (I use it before sleep). The plastic on the inside is also terrible because it retains the smell (and stains if using essential oils with any sort of tint) of the oils and becomes sour smelling. My friends and I have loved all other products from this lovely company but this one is a disappointment. Oh, and we also don't like the signature essential oil scent much. Something about the combination is off-putting, almost rancid-like. Apologies for the negative review!

The product is good. However UPS took 8 to 10 days on a 3 day delivery

The Xander Bunny was a huge hit with my granddaughters. I love them!!! They're adorable, well made, and they're super soft. I also love the bags they come in so the girls can transport them when they travel. I wish I could upload pictures of them in the girls' Easter Baskets, as well as of the girls hugging them.

Easter present for the g’babies, one with ASD, can’t wait to see how they like them. Packaged beautifully, soft and cuddly, very good quality. Love the mission of the company.
