The items were beautifully packaged, arrived in perfect condition, and there were little trial size freebies included along with a gorgeous catalog of products. I used their dried lavender for my lavender lemonade with the lavender picks as a garnish. It was delightful and the highlight of the baby shower. Felt the company put a lot of care into their product as well as the presentation. They made me feel like they truly appreciated me as a customer.
Bought these lavender sticks for signature drinks at a wedding, they made the drinks look so fancy! I loved the tin they can in also!!
First, the packaging was a delight to both receive and open! The Lavender Picks and florets were so clean and vibrant purple! The last item I ordered was the honey and it is to die for! Such great products! I am glad I found your company!

Absolutely loved these dried lavender sticks! Used them for mocktails for a baby shower and they were the perfect touch. The flavor was subtle but fragrant, and they looked beautiful in everyone's cups. Would absolutely buy again! Also - there was initially a shipping delay due to snow storms and the customer service was wonderful helping to get the stems here on time for the event. All around great experience with the Lavender Life Company!

Added these with and orange wedge to blueberry lavender iced tea. They made my niece's birthday celebration a little more fancy and fun. I later transferred my pick to a glass of water on my night stand and it still smelled great the next morning!

Your order is typically shipped within 2 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items?

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective, damaged product or are missing something, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. Simply email us at orders@lavender-life.com and we will help with the process.

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery.
If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks, no problem. In order to return your item, email us and let us know at orders@lavender-life.com. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
