I love lavender and was looking for an organic extract I could use on my coffee and hot chocolate. I purchased this as an experiment to mix with lemonade to make lavender lemonade. My hope was that the extract would provide a highly concentrated lavender flavor so I could concentrate the lemonade. It was however much more mild that I was hoping for at least in lemonade. I have not yet tried it in baking application so it might well be lovely in a muffin or scone.

I am baking my own wedding cake - lavender lemon with lavender lemon Swiss Meringue Buttercream! I purchased several dried culinary lavenders to see which would work best for the cake. This lavender had by far the deepest color. Fragrance was lovely. I made my second test cake and invited friends over to try. The feedback was phenomenal. I'll be purchasing more for the big event!

The Lavender arrived in these very cute little jars. They smell wonderful and I'm using the buds to infuse my honey. I'm currently using the cold method and hoping in a few weeks I have a strong Lavender Honey for my morning lemon water. I'm so impressed that I've order other items (shipment pending) and I'm considering even more!

Best quality Lavender Extract! I love to add this into my iced green tea; so relaxing and refreshing. It is the best in Chamomile tea at night. I am also loving the Lavender Maple Syrup on pancakes and waffles!

Making scones today for guests arriving tomorrow. My last batch was made with buds over a year old and did not come out as well. I like the fact that LLC's come in a self-sealing bottle rather than a zip-bag for storage.
